RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
To ensure 100% freshness of the products we manufacture & pack the products only based on the no. of orders hence we cannot accept any returns. We pack all your products with utmost care to ensure no breakages and leakages. In the rarest of rare events if you face any issues with the products, we would be very kind to understand your feedback and look into it and take appropriate actions.
However, none of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the consumer protection regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If eligible, we will refund your money. Shipping charges /return shipping charges will not be refunded except where we sent any wrong product.
Refunds will be done in the following cases. Packages lost in transit or in case a wrong item has been sent to you. Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
